Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for IT solutions and vendor distribution businesses
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to derive actionable marketing insights
• Plan and execute partner marketing programs in collaboration with major vendors (e.g., HPE, NetApp, Cisco)
• Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs and vendor-linked promotions
• Plan and operate seminars, conferences, webinars, workshops, and roadshows
• Manage digital marketing channels including websites, SNS, newsletters, and EDM
• Create product and solution introduction materials and AI/IT trend content
• Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
• Proven experience in B2B marketing planning and operations
• Experience managing projects such as seminars, webinars, and customer events
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in document writing, including proposals, planning documents, and reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in partner marketing within an IT vendor ecosystem
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
