Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development of compelling product and brand stories for ecommerce, DTC, and retail channels
• Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches with cross-functional teams
• Shape consumer profiles including behaviors, attitudes, and media preferences
• Analyze category trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights
• Translate insights into clear messaging, creative briefs, and campaigns
• Create sales enablement materials such as presentations and collateral
• Work with Consumer Insights to validate messaging and product propositions
• Participate in post-launch evaluations to apply learnings to future campaigns
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG
• Experience in defining strategies, building plans, and driving product launches
• Strong skills in brand strategy, messaging, and communication execution
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to leverage consumer insights for effective campaigns
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work at a fast, iterative pace
