Responsibilities

• Strategic campaign planning and execution across digital platforms
• Task and workflow management via ClickUp, Notion, or Asana
• Leading creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house designers and copywriters
• Collaborating with performance marketers across Snapchat, Meta, Google, and more
• Ensuring full campaign readiness across Zid and Salla stores: inventory, pricing, UX, discount codes
• Turning insights into action using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity
• Monitoring KPIs and improving conversion rates, engagement, and sales

Requirements

• Prior experience in the retail sector for an e-commerce company (in-house or agency-side)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on marketing experience
• Minimum 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition
• Data-driven mindset with experience in GA4, Hotjar, or Clarity
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
