Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle the full scope of administrative tasks related to all marketing campaigns
• Manage and update various websites and online portals, including faculty and webinar pages
• Track and update campaign materials using tools like Seismic, Widen, and Monday.com
• Create and send email newsletters and manage Engagement Studio programs via Pardot
• Create, update, and optimize Pardot landing pages
• Provide timely reports to track campaign statistics
• Formulate surveys to gather data from internal teams and customers
• Execute light design tasks, including PDF and image editing, to support campaign needs
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective campaign execution
• Manage financial documentation, including monthly budget reports and accruals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• 3-5 years of working experience in a related marketing field
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
• Basic creative design skills for PDF and image edits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work the graveyard shift (PH time) to support US marketing operations
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
