Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of diverse events, including conferences, launches, and stakeholder visits
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective event delivery
• Assist with marketing campaigns, CRM management, and general customer communication
• Manage budgets and negotiate contracts and fees with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain and leverage an internal customer database to streamline marketing processes
• Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials and support the Isar Online Shop
• Leverage events for social media and email campaigns to maximize exposure
• Conduct post-event retrospectives to provide best practice learnings for future initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management
• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Valid German driver’s license
• A proactive, highly organized, and "hands-on" attitude
• Ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong resilience and composure when managing complex or changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• A degree in marketing or an equivalent professional qualification
