Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and ROI
• Develop and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates
• Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate webinars and industry events, including promotion and post-event engagement
• Support SEO & SEM initiatives to ensure content is optimized for visibility and rankings
• Assist in developing marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing
• Experience in technology, ERP, or IT sectors
• Proficiency in email marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Familiarity with SEO & SEM
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
