Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated communications strategy for India aligned with business priorities and global narratives
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to shape positioning, messaging, and reputation strategy
• Lead high-impact media engagement and build relationships with top-tier business, policy, and trade media
• Oversee issues and crisis communications to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Own executive visibility strategy and develop insight-led narratives for industry forums and social platforms
• Shape high-quality content including op-eds, keynote messaging, reports, and marketing campaigns
• Partner with regional and global teams to align local communications with broader corporate priorities
• Mentor internal team members and external agencies to deliver measurable outcomes

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications
• Proven track record in strategic advisory and reputation management
• Deep experience engaging with top-tier media and senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect communications to commercial outcomes
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments
• Experience in logistics, infrastructure, or technology sectors is preferred
