About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build and maintain monthly social media calendars
- Coordinate video shoots, designers, and editors to meet brand content goals
- Support major events, activations, and on-ground marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular marketing visits to clinics for content creation and brand alignment
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with brand managers, internal teams, and external partners to manage digital assets and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Professional level English
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
