About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across LATAM, including email, events, paid, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Support and coordinate partner marketing activities such as webinars, events, and joint campaigns.
- Plan and execute both online and offline events, managing everything from logistics to follow-ups.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, invitations, and nurturing flows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align demand generation strategies with business goals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics like leads, demos, and conversions to ensure visibility of results.
- Adapt and create marketing materials and content specifically for LATAM audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Hands-on experience managing events (webinars, field events, partner activations).
- Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Strong understanding of how marketing activities contribute to pipeline and revenue generation.
- Ability to work effectively with partners, agencies, and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
