Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development, technical, and marketing team members to gather information and update content
• Maintain the marketing library with pursuit-related content, including project descriptions, resumes, and boilerplate
• Develop and coordinate proposal responses, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations
• Create sales collateral with accurate, brand-aligned, and compelling content to showcase company expertise
• Perform quality assurance reviews for grammar, consistency, formatting, and compliance with client requirements
• Support workload planning, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint)
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Advanced graphics, document layout, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
