Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development, technical, and marketing teams to gather information and update content.
• Maintain the marketing library with pursuit-related content, including project descriptions, resumes, and boilerplate.
• Develop and coordinate proposal responses, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations.
• Create brand-aligned sales collateral that showcases company expertise and experience.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for grammar, consistency, formatting, and compliance with client requirements.
• Support workload planning, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience.
• Proven experience responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint).
• Advanced skills in graphics, document layout, editing, and proofreading.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
