Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize proprietary loyalty program activities and campaign communications
• Manage loyalty promotions, tactical offers, and partnership activations
• Coordinate creative and content inputs across internal teams and external agencies
• Provide loyalty program performance reporting and use data insights for continuous improvement
• Manage assigned marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and disciplined spend
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and digital to align priorities
• Ensure brand, marketing, and regulatory compliance across all customer touchpoints

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a loyalty, retail, or CRM environment
• Proven experience in loyalty program execution and management
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to inform data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, including internal teams and external agencies
• Experience with budget management and a strong commercial mindset focused on ROI
• Solid understanding of Australian advertising and marketing regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent priorities
