Marketing Specialist (Affiliate)

Responsibilities

• Approach and recruit new agencies to join the affiliate program
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure partners are fully live
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to finalize contracts and documentation
• Track affiliate performance against established KPIs and targets
• Drive month-over-month revenue growth through active account management

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills to monitor and report on performance
• Background in marketing, sales, partnerships, or account management
• Ability to manage documentation and compliance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a related field
• Fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed are welcome to apply
