Marketing Solutions Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and extend interactive web components and pop-ins using JavaScript to drive web personalisation.
• Override default form behaviors to implement dynamic functionality such as conditional rendering and expiry timers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and handle remote data, populating UI elements with JSON payloads.
• Implement client-side tracking and event submission using custom JavaScript logic.
• Debug complex issues involving form behavior, lead delivery, and API responses using browser developer tools.
• Bridge the gap between client CRM systems and the Zeta platform through front-end scripting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await, event handling, and DOM manipulation.
• Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and handling authentication and data formatting.
• Solid proficiency in HTML and CSS for customizing and styling interactive web components.
• Strong experience using browser developer tools (Chrome/Edge) for debugging and script testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using JavaScript specifically within a marketing context (web personalisation, form tracking, or user targeting).
• Exposure to customer data platforms (CDP) or marketing automation tools like Adobe Target.
• Knowledge of encoding/decoding encrypted query strings and URL-safe tokens.
• Familiarity with campaign-based tools or CMS-driven landing pages.
