Marketing & Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly commercial newsletter, including drafting English copy and building localized versions for European clients.
• Support sales and account management teams by creating and polishing client-ready presentation slide decks.
• Manage daily posting schedules and content translation for localized LinkedIn profiles in Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and Hungary.
• Execute and monitor B2B lead-generation campaigns on LinkedIn using paid and organic strategies.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for the external SEO agency to manage content briefs and website updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media coordination, or commercial communications.
• Native-level written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be permanently based in the United Kingdom with full legal right to work.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Strong organizational skills to work effectively within a fully remote, distributed European team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a B2B tech or corporate benefits environment.
• Fluency in Spanish or French to assist with regional localization and translation tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
