Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies to increase patient referrals
• Determine targets for external parties based on hospital facilities and resources
• Introduce hospital products, services, and facilities to potential partners
• Establish regular cooperative relationships to maximize use of hospital services
• Ensure accuracy of patient data recording for monthly reporting
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities and visit results
• Implement quality and safety service procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field preferred
• Proactive approach to physician relations and issue resolution
• Ability to analyze referral patterns and performance metrics
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems or EHR is advantageous
• Proficiency in designing flyers and producing video content
