Marketing Services & Events Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of national and local tradeshows, customer training programs, and webinars
• Partner with exhibit vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure professional event execution and brand consistency
• Manage webinar logistics, including registrations, content coordination, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up
• Implement and manage lead capture processes at tradeshows to ensure timely distribution to sales teams
• Lead efforts for industry award submissions and manage industry association memberships
• Maintain an annual calendar of tradeshows and events while supporting business units in developing modern brand themes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in event planning or marketing events
• Experience with marketing technologies, including websites, social media, and digital engagement tools
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
