Responsibilities
- Lead local brand strategy and demand creation, translating global direction into high-impact, locally relevant plans
- Identify growth opportunities across the full marketing mix and drive business performance
- Connect consumer insights and brand positioning to measurable business results
- Analyze performance data to provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Define ambitious and realistic targets and KPIs for the brand
- Foster high-quality discussions and bring constructive tension to elevate decision-making
- Operate with end-to-end visibility, connecting innovation, brand, and in-market execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in Marketing, specifically with exposure to brand strategy, innovation, and demand creation
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to measurable results
- An end-to-end marketing perspective and the ability to navigate complex environments
- Advanced English proficiency
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within complex and matrixed organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving business environments
