Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success and Account Management teams on model trust and methodology escalations
- Design first-party incrementality tests, calibrate models, and build structured learning agendas
- Capture and triage field feedback and methodological objections for Product and Data Science teams
- Build technical collateral, Academy content, and internal training to raise data literacy
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing science, data analytics, or technical account management
- Deep understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing
- Knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem including Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Ability to translate complex Bayesian models into commercial insights for non-technical executives
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
