Responsibilities

• Act as the chief architect for how the industry quantifies creator marketing performance
• Establish frameworks that integrate Agentio into sophisticated Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
• Partner with sophisticated marketers at brands like Uber and DoorDash to design bespoke measurement strategies
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into a world-class measurement suite
• Lead the transformation of raw campaign data into proprietary market intelligence using causal inference studies
• Develop operational standards and benchmarks to scale the measurement function

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting
• Deep expertise in MMM, Incremental Lift testing (RCTs/Geo-testing), and Multi-Touch Attribution
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Math
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proven track record of applying causal inference to complex marketing questions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading measurement for a major platform or a sophisticated performance-driven brand
• Experience building automated, scalable measurement products in partnership with engineering teams
