Marketing & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new business accounts through direct client acquisition.
• Implement tailored sales metrics and marketing strategies to grow brand share in East Java and Bali.
• Manage existing accounts with high interpersonal care to ensure clear communication and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor footprints, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
• Maintain accurate data updates and administrative workflows using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Possession of a valid SIM A license and a willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background experience within the Food or FMCG industry.
• An existing sales network within the East Java and Bali regions.

• Monthly basic salary ranging from IDR 7,200,000 to IDR 8,600,000.
