Marketing & Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Balance short-term transactional needs with long-term account growth to maximize customer value.
• Adapt sales approaches between transactional and consultative methods based on account maturity and market potential.
• Qualify, quote, negotiate, and close both standard orders and high-value strategic opportunities.
• Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and value-add opportunities across product lines.
• Lead customer escalation activities by coordinating issue resolution and internal alignment.
• Oversee daily workload management for the team to ensure service levels and commitments are met.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, operations, finance, and program management teams.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members and provide operational guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
