Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end CRM administration for HubSpot and Salesforce, including configuration, workflows, and automation.
  • Manage the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, ensuring field mapping and lifecycle stage alignment.
  • Govern sales processes in Salesforce, including stage definitions, validation rules, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Execute marketing operations in HubSpot, including lead scoring, campaign attribution, and lifecycle automation.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, website updates via CMS, and SEO strategy execution.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for executive pipeline and forecast reviews.
  • Define and track GTM KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maintain data governance and consistent definitions across systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations in a B2B technology or professional services environment.
  • Active HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub or RevOps/Operations Hub preferred).
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Hands-on experience integrating HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • SQL or data-querying skills for troubleshooting reporting logic.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, WordPress, and paid media platforms.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification frameworks.
  • Experience supporting professional services sales motions with long cycles.
  • Advanced SEO knowledge including technical audits and link-building.
