About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end market research and competitive intelligence projects to influence research agendas.
  • Translate industry trends, challenges, and data into actionable marketing recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Conduct market sizing analysis and industry trend research to support product and service development.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of research data repositories and organized databases.
  • Participate in contract negotiations with research vendors and establish research methodologies.
  • Design research projects to address specific business problems and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with ethical and legal guidelines, including data privacy and protection.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of professional work experience, preferably in marketing or project management.
  • Advanced subject matter knowledge in market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong data analysis and business intelligence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and Power BI.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and economic modeling.
  • Strong skills in dashboard creation and customer insights.
