Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Create and post lively real-time coverage of events on venue social media pages, specifically Instagram Stories
• Capture high-quality phone clips and work with house photographers to ensure quality content is captured
• Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to designated areas during shows
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and direct messages in a professional manner
• Stay current with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
• Collaborate with departments like Premium Seating and Food & Beverage to highlight venue offerings
• Ensure all physical and digital signage, posters, and banners are accurate and up to date
• Assist with general venue responsibilities as directed by the General Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of music and the live entertainment industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in event planning, concert marketing, or sports marketing
