Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing content for SOQs, proposals, interview presentations, and award submissions
• Organize technical content into clear, well-structured narratives
• Develop high-quality proposals within branded InDesign templates
• Plan, communicate, and track pursuit tasks and deadlines
• Conduct quality and compliance reviews and edit proposal content
• Gather and apply client intelligence to support messaging
• Collaborate with marketing team members, technical staff, and graphic design resources
• Lead and/or support conference and event needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, or related field
• At least three years of AEC or related industry experience in a content-driven environment
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong writing and editing skills with knowledge of AP style
• Strong communication and time management skills
