Marketing Proposal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support development of marketing content for SOQs, proposals, interview presentations, and award submissions
• Communicate proactively to meet deadlines for project pursuits and proposals
• Assist with procurement research, review, and coordination of client engagement activities
• Conduct quality and compliance reviews, editing content for accuracy, clarity, and tone
• Gather and maintain marketing information systems including client files, resumes, and project descriptions
• Enter and maintain pursuit data in Deltek Vantagepoint

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong writing and editing skills
