About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including purchase orders, reservations, and intermittent contracts
- Assist in the follow-up of French and international projects
- Manage organization and logistics for promotional schedules and artist visits
- Write arguments/briefs ahead of track releases
- Participate in the manufacturing process of promotional products
- Update databases and internal systems
Requirements
- Student in Bac+4/5 (Business School or similar)
- Passion for the music industry
- Good knowledge of music industry players and challenges
- Strong teamwork, reactivity, and organizational skills
- Strong listening and synthesis skills
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in office software
