Marketing Project/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and support annual brand plans, tracking KPIs to drive product growth strategies.
• Develop, localize, and distribute print and digital promotional materials for the sales force.
• Manage end-to-end review and approval workflows for marketing activities via internal systems like Veeva Vault.
• Plan and execute scientific symposia, webinars, Advisory Board meetings, and medical congress exhibitions.
• Monitor pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance using industry data (e.g., IQVIA, UBIST).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, legal, and compliance teams.
• Track Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets, manage invoicing, and oversee external vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective global communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with strong time management and agility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault.
