Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the in-house creative and marketing agency.
• Act as the traffic controller for all creative, branding, campaign, and social media assignments.
• Manage project briefs, timelines, workflows, priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee a team of 4 direct reports, including graphic designers and social media executives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Ensure creative output is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor workloads and allocate tasks effectively to prevent bottlenecks.
• Track project progress using project management tools and structured internal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or studio management within a creative or digital agency.
• Essential experience working within a Dubai-based agency.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, including design, social media, and campaign delivery.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and multiple simultaneous assignments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and workflow systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain calm execution under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or F&B marketing.
• Familiarity with design and creative software environments.

Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 15,000–22,000, depending on experience.
