Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of the flyer production cycle, including maintaining production calendars and tracking approvals
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and recurring programs across internal teams, agencies, and external creative partners
• Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure visibility into upcoming campaigns, deadlines, and dependencies
• Represent the marketing department in cross-functional projects involving ecommerce, IT, and operations
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including managing agendas, decisions, and follow-up action items
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status dashboards using project management tools
• Identify and escalate project blockers, dependencies, and risks with proposed solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management or marketing operations experience in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both creative teams and executives
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or B2C marketing environments
• Familiarity with flyer or catalogue production processes
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, creative partners, or technology vendors
