Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide user support by responding to inquiries via email and app store reviews (App Store and Google Play).
• Track and report on application performance through monthly quantitative reports.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking of study and revision apps, focusing on gamification, onboarding, and user engagement.
• Assist in creating communication tools to promote the application and improve user adoption.
• Participate in strategic discussions to improve Scribzee's features and functionality.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate user insights and market trends.

Requirements

• Currently a student in Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the mobile application ecosystem and how they function (UX, acquisition, and retention).
• Excellent spelling and writing skills.
• Ability to empathize with users and act as their advocate.
• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
