Marketing Programs Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end webinars and events program, including tactical planning, execution, and post-event follow-up
• Manage the full program calendar, balancing owned content with third-party sponsorships and trade shows
• Manage the program budget by evaluating sponsorship opportunities, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing ROI
• Own lead generation targets and ensure timely delivery of leads to the sales pipeline
• Manage all event logistics, including speaker sourcing, platform setup, promotion, and registration
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes to make programs scalable across owned and sponsored formats

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in programs, demand generation, or events
• Proven experience owning and growing a webinar or events program end-to-end
• Experience managing budgets, tracking spend, and reporting on ROI
• Demonstrated ownership of lead generation targets and pipeline contribution
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple programs simultaneously
• Proficiency with webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRMs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR tech, compensation, or a related B2B SaaS category
• Experience with marketing operations and advanced reporting
• Experience evaluating and negotiating third-party sponsorship opportunities
