Marketing Programs Intern

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of major corporate events including SuiteWorld and Community Summit
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, attendee registrations, and travel
• Assist with partner marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Track project milestones and coordinate cross-functional requests between marketing, sales, and partnerships
• Support event and program reporting, engagement tracking, and post-event recaps
• Utilize AI tools to improve planning, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Develop repeatable workflows and templates for scalable marketing programs

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student or recent graduate
• Interest in marketing, business, communications, event management, or related fields
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new software and tools
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is a plus
