Marketing Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the virtual workshop program end to end, including strategy, calendar, themes, and speaker coordination
• Develop compelling program ideas for enterprise buyers, admins, and practitioners
• Run live operations including registration flows, speaker prep, platform logistics, and audience moderation
• Drive lead management and follow-up to ensure engagement data is captured and routed correctly
• Measure program success through metrics like attendance, engagement, conversion, and influenced pipeline
• Build repeatable processes, templates, and workflows to scale the function

Requirements

• Experience running demand generation programs requiring coordination across content, audience strategy, and sales
• Proven track record owning webinars, workshops, or community programs from concept to execution
• Strong organizational and operational skills to manage stakeholders and systems
• Clear communication skills for live environments and speaker briefing
• Ability to translate product value into compelling programming for technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in demand generation or community marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience marketing to technical or developer-adjacent audiences
• Experience with webinar platforms, lead routing, and campaign operations
• Experience building or scaling enterprise customer community programs
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and event tooling
