Responsibilities

• Facilitate the go-to-market process from initial concept through to final integrated and lifecycle planning
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, team allocations, and work-back schedules
• Proactively identify potential project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks
• Track and manage the GTM Marketing Budget and actuals including agencies
• Develop and operate a central system for tracking all creative assets
• Document, track, and monitor asset rights, usage limitations, and expiration dates
• Act as point-person for campaign events, managing logistics and dependencies
• Facilitate communication between Global Go-to-Market team and key partners like Franchise Groups and Creative
• Prepare and circulate regular status updates and progress reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in a program or project management role, preferably within a marketing team
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix team environment
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asset management systems
