Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, schools, emergency responders, and local organizations
• Represent HHER at events, chamber meetings, and fundraisers
• Assist in planning, setup, and tear-down of community and internal events
• Manage or support social media initiatives, internal campaigns, and branded marketing items
• Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
• Ensure proper use of company resources including marketing budgets and promotional materials

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management ability
• Creativity, event planning, and community networking experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to attend events on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Coordinator level: 1+ year in marketing and event execution
• Senior Coordinator level: 2–4 years of experience
• Director level: 5+ years with leadership experience
