Marketing & PR Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing and PR campaigns for vertical content and game-integrated media
• Coordinate press releases, media lists, and outreach to influencers, partners, and external agencies
• Manage social media plans, content calendars, and UGC initiatives to drive user acquisition
• Collaborate with production teams to align marketing efforts with shoot schedules and release plans
• Manage on-set marketing elements including BTS content and talent social deliverables
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities and pitch promotional integrations to potential brands and creators
• Assist in preparing and tracking marketing budgets, vendor costs, and social media spend

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, PR, social media, digital content, or business development
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Familiarity with film production processes and vertical video workflows
• Experience coordinating budgets, schedules, and financial documentation
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in app-based content ecosystems or interactive/vertical media
• Background in entertainment marketing, talent management, or business development
• Knowledge of integrated game mechanics or gamified content experiences
• Experience pitching brand partnerships or coordinating sponsorships
