Marketing Planning & Strategy Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate marketing contingency and maintain a rolling list of requests across all organizational functions
• Partner with Functional Strategy and Planning teams to ensure budget execution and quarterly spend completion
• Align with Finance and Strategy teams to identify and analyze quarterly spend trends
• Track and update reports and executive decks for planning, headcount reporting, and ad hoc management requests
• Design and streamline reports and dashboards using Salesforce platforms to track key metrics and ROI efficiencies
• Act as a key source of insights for business partners across the wider organization
• Build and maintain a detailed, dynamic database of interactive historical data

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Proven ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with global teams
• Ability to work PST hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial background with knowledge of GAAP-based accounting recognition policies
• Experience using Salesforce tools for trending and analysis
