About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing and sales strategies for a critical, strategically significant brand to meet sales and market share targets
- Lead medico-marketing initiatives, campaign plans, and manage pill-plus services as a supporting ecosystem
- Conduct market research, oversee product development, set pricing, and launch new products
- Monitor and analyze domestic and international market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts and manage budgets, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D and production, to drive commercial objectives
- Liaise with advertising and promotion specialists to design effective sales campaigns and collateral
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in market research and consumer behavior analysis
- Proven experience in sales forecasting and budget management
- Ability to manage complex brand strategies and medico-marketing initiatives
