Marketing Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance marketing channels including metasearch, SEM, and social media
• Manage and develop a team of approximately five people, setting priorities and ensuring results
• Design and optimize performance campaigns by tracking sales and key metrics to determine channel effectiveness
• Analyze the economic viability of initiatives with a focus on business impact and P&L ownership
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners and partners
• Negotiate commissions and commercial agreements in coordination with Legal and Tax teams
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly to align internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data-driven decision-making roles
• Experience in performance marketing, growth, loyalty, or revenue management
• Proficiency in Power BI or SQL
• Knowledge of digital campaign tools, specifically Google and Meta
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau, R, or Python
• Strong background in digital marketing and cross-media measurement
