Marketing Performance & Analytics Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and ILS platforms
• Optimize campaigns based on lead quality, cost per lead, and property-specific needs
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs for Meta, Google, and ILS channels
• Analyze data across GA4, CRM, and ILS reporting to provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on budget allocations and campaign strategies
• Manage relationships with paid media agencies and digital vendors
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital advertising and listings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or marketing analytics
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards
• Ability to travel onsite up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the multifamily industry
• Hands-on experience with Entrata or similar property management/CRM platforms
