Born during Expo 2020 Dubai and now expanding toward Expo 2025 Osaka and Expo 2030 Riyadh, Exponeur creates opportunities for startups and entrepreneurs through competitions, training programs, global delegations, and the Entrepreneurship Pavilion at Expo 2030.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Exponeur programs, competitions, and events
• Build and manage brand presence across digital platforms, campaigns, and media
• Design outreach strategies to attract entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, and government partners
• Support the creation and structuring of entrepreneurship programs and competitions
• Identify and approach potential sponsors and partners to drive revenue through service and sponsorship sales
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
• Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to ensure cohesive campaigns
• Monitor KPIs and optimize marketing and sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships
• Proven ability to sell sponsorships and services to corporates
• Strong knowledge of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and globally
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
• Experience in program design, event marketing, and partnership management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in entrepreneurship programs or large-scale events
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
