About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of partnership entitlements, including marketing, signage, hospitality, ticketing, and activations.
- Manage engagement with China and APAC partners, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and localized activation strategies.
- Drive partnership value and growth by identifying upselling opportunities and innovative collaboration initiatives.
- Maintain strong partner relationships through clear communication, post-event reporting, and best-practice account management.
- Support financial and operational performance, including budget tracking and cost-of-servicing management.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Prior experience working within Chinese business environments or managing Chinese stakeholders.
- Proven experience in large-scale event management and implementation.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, or Marketing (desirable).
- Ability to hold a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to event schedules.
