Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and nurture sequences
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Handle community engagement, comments, and direct messages
• Coordinate executive scheduling, calendars, and operational workflows
• Edit short-form videos and marketing clips using tools like Canva, Veed, or Opus Clips
• Maintain clean CRM records and organized pipeline tracking
• Conduct research for Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and build prospect lists
• Support program and membership operations including onboarding and participant coordination

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM systems
• Experience in marketing coordination, operations support, or executive assistance
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
• Experience with social media platforms and short-form content editing tools
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work remotely during PST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses
• Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot
• Experience with community management and membership programs
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and lead nurturing systems
