Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and create SEO-optimized content for the website, blog, and social media channels
• Compile landing pages and manage Call to Action (CTA) creation
• Write and analyze email campaigns, including mass, transactional, and drip sequences
• Develop gated content and sales collateral such as ebooks and infographics
• Translate business objectives into compelling written content for specific target audiences
• Set project timelines and coordinate with design, sales, and other departments to ensure deadlines are met
• Track and analyze project performance against short and long-term goals
• Monitor and adjust content to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working with HubSpot and Figma
• Ability to work pragmatically and use modern tools (e.g., AI prompting) to generate high-quality content
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
