About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Execute A/B testing for creative and copy to optimize performance and combat ad fatigue
  • Perform routine website updates and SEO/AEO/GEO metadata management via Webflow
  • Adopt and test emerging AI solutions to optimize data transformation and visualizations
  • Design and deploy weekly newsletters and promotional e-blasts using audience segmentation
  • Audit and optimize online review and reservation profiles including OpenTable and Google Business Profile
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign budgets, invoice processing, and software subscriptions
  • Provide social media support including content capture and scheduling via Hootsuite
  • Coordinate itineraries and dining reservations for visiting media and influencers
  • Track media coverage and archive press mentions

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, ad operations, or marketing administration
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar Web CMS
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, After Effects)
  • Proven experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) into marketing workflows
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a major bonus
