Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows across multiple brands, regions, and teams
• Act as the central coordination point between marketing, product, compliance, design, and regional stakeholders
• Drive prioritization, transparency, and accountability across campaign delivery pipelines
• Coordinate the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, CRM, web, and events
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workflow visibility for leadership teams
• Manage and optimize marketing technology tools including JIRA, Confluence, and CRM systems
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase team agility and output

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Delivery
• Proven experience within the FX, CFD, fintech, or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and CRM systems
• Strong experience managing workflows and stakeholder coordination across global teams
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Understanding of trading platforms and financial products

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing operations
• Experience working across multiple regions and time zones in a fast-paced environment
