About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop email nurture programs that align with business unit pipeline goals, product interests, and account-based intent.
  • Execute prospect and customer journeys using nurture streams, automation, and targeted emails throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Partner with Marketing Automation Team liaisons to optimize Marketo program setup and audience segmentation.
  • Build and manage standardized audience segmentation using various data sets and intent models to determine ideal messaging.
  • Utilize data and scoring models within the technology stack to drive audience targeting and support marketing programs.
  • Drive testing, AI implementation, and optimization for email and marketing programs in collaboration with CRO stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of the Go-To-Market Technology roadmap and stay current on industry trends.

Requirements

  • BA, BS, or equivalent degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the software industry.
  • 7+ years of experience working with marketing technologies to build automated and personalized customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Marketo (Email Marketing), Goldcast (Webinars), and SFDC (CRM).
  • Proficiency in account-based marketing (ABM) principles and lead funnel lifecycle alignment.
  • Experience with hands-on building, testing, and interpreting data from various go-to-market signals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of account-based marketing platforms, specifically 6sense.
  • Passion for marketing SaaS solutions and connecting customer needs with technology capabilities.
  • Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Email, Audience, Event, Intent, and Marketing Technology.
