Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable marketing automation systems and technology stacks
• Manage marketing data architecture, campaign taxonomy, and lead scoring models
• Optimize lead management, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows
• Conduct regular systems audits and produce actionable reporting and attribution insights
• Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to ensure data integrity and CRM quality
• Document all systems, workflows, and processes with high rigor

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology within B2B SaaS
• Deep expertise in platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pardot
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Webflow, and programmatic ad platforms
• Proven ability to manage lead scoring, persona segmentation, and ABM infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills to instrument funnels and interpret attribution data
• Experience operating as a "team of one" with disciplined documentation and systems thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-product or multi-segment SaaS environments
• Familiarity with B2B customer lifecycle management and journey mapping
• Hands-on experience building data flows and utilizing AI tools for GTM workflows
